Shipping & Delivery Rituals

Thank you for choosing The Organic Alchemy. We take great care in hand-packing your essentials to ensure they arrive safely and ready for your ritual.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Please note that during high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer several shipping tiers to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Continental US): 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days).

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

3. Local Miami Pickup

For our local community in Miami, we offer a "Local Pickup" option at our suite.

  • Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions to coordinate a pickup time.

4. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

The Organic Alchemy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid delays.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

The Organic Alchemy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Stolen Packages: Please ensure your delivery location is secure. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a "Delivered" status has been confirmed by the carrier.

8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We work quickly to process and ship orders, so there is a very small window to correct an address. If you believe you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@theorganicalchemy.com.
