This is a smart move. In the skincare world, "Non-returnable if opened" is your best protection for both hygiene and your bottom line. I’ve updated the policy to make this very clear and firm, while keeping that elevated Organic Alchemy tone.
At The Organic Alchemy, we want your journey to radiant skin to be seamless. If your order isn't quite what you expected, we are here to help.
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return: To ensure the integrity of our formulations and the safety of our community, skincare products are strictly non-returnable if the original seal has been broken or the product has been opened. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with all original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your digital receipt or proof of purchase.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting an authorization via email will not be accepted.

Upon delivery, please inspect your alchemy essentials. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@theorganicalchemy.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we cannot offer refunds on:
Opened or Used Skincare: Once the product seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Custom/Sale Items: Personalized orders, special collections, and items purchased on "Sale" are final sale.
Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
Exchanges: The most efficient way to exchange a product is to return the original (unopened) item for a refund. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the hygiene standard still applies: the item must remain unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that banks and credit card companies can take additional time to post the transaction. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the credit, please contact us at info@theorganicalchemy.com.
